ASSET TRACKING, NO SIGN-UP NEEDED
ASSET MANAGEMENT
A personal web tool for viewing asset accounts, income, spending, unpaid card balances, salary, and fixed-cost plans in one place. No sign-up is required to start, but entries are stored on an operator-managed server (Cloudflare D1).

What you can record
Manage balances by account, income and spending, card use and repayments, salaries, and fixed costs. Net assets and a simple forecast are calculated automatically.
Privacy design
There are no ads or analytics. Content Security Policy prevents ASSET MANAGEMENT from communicating with anything other than its own server. Entries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database managed by the operator.
Using it safely
- Do not enter card numbers, PINs, passwords, or bank-account numbers.
- Do not use it on shared or public devices.
- Deleting the cookie, ending private browsing, or switching browser or device makes previous data unreachable. Register an email address and password if you want to use multiple devices.
- Backups contain plain text; store them somewhere private.
Examples and operating tips
Reconcile balances at the start of the month
Add bank, cash, e-money, and investments as asset accounts and enter verified balances. Choose one regular update date so comparisons remain consistent. Totals use entered balances and unpaid cards; decide your own closing convention because there is no bank synchronisation.
Record card purchases separately from repayments
Mark a purchase as credit card, then record the actual withdrawal as a card repayment. The configured closing date divides unpaid balances into confirmed and future amounts. Closing and debit dates and the debit account can be changed, but holiday adjustments, instalment fees, and cancellations are not imported. Prefer the card issuer's statement if figures differ.
Build a list for reviewing fixed costs
Register rent, communications, subscriptions, and other fixed costs beside expected salary. The 30-day estimate subtracts unpaid cards and fixed costs from current assets and adds expected salary. It is not a precise cash-flow, tax, interest, or variable-spending forecast; use it as a regular review aid.
Saving and deleting data
Asset accounts, transactions, salary plans, fixed costs, and card settings are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database managed by the operator. On first save, the server automatically issues an anonymous account and links it to this browser through an httpOnly cookie (named asset_session, 400-day expiry). Only display preferences, such as the partner-asset visibility toggle, and the language setting remain in the browser. Deleting the cookie or switching browser or device makes previous data unreachable. An anonymous account is automatically deleted 400 days after its last access. Registering an email address and password promotes the anonymous account in place, so you keep your data while using it across multiple devices (the cookie then expires after 30 days).
“Erase all data” in settings resets this tool. Logging out switches you to a new anonymous account with empty data. Contact the operator if you need the account itself deleted. This cannot be undone; export JSON first when records matter.
For a new device, export JSON on the old one and choose Import on the new one. Import replaces rather than merges current data. Accepted backups are in the specified JSON format and no larger than 2 MB. They contain plain-text entries, so keep them private and remove unnecessary copies after transfer.
Reading the totals
Net assets and forecasts organise the numbers you enter. They are not checked against banks or card issuers, and omissions and differing update times remain in the result. Market prices, exchange rates, and tax are not calculated. Confirm important payments and investments with official statements or professional information.
Search and advertising
The finance app itself is excluded from search and contains no advertising or analytics. Public descriptions are kept on this separate page.
Frequently asked questions
Is payment or registration required?
No. The tool is free, and registering an email address and password is not required. On first save, the server automatically issues an anonymous account and links it to your browser with a cookie. Register an email address and password only if you want to use it from multiple devices.
Can I use it on a phone?
Yes. With an anonymous account, records are not shared between different browsers on the same device. Register an account if you want to use multiple devices or browsers.
Does it connect to banks or cards?
No. All balances, transactions, card purchases, and repayments are entered manually. Never enter account credentials.
Where is data stored or sent?
In a Cloudflare D1 database managed by the operator. Only display preferences and the language setting remain in the browser. There are no ads or analytics, and Content Security Policy prevents ASSET MANAGEMENT from communicating with anything other than its own server. Exported JSON goes to the browser's download location.
Can mistakenly erased data be restored?
There is no recycle bin or undo. A previously exported JSON file can restore the backup state, replacing current records.
Can it be used offline?
No. Data is stored on the server, so an internet connection is required to open the page, save changes, or view totals.
