Category list
These are the choices shown when setting an entry's category. The order here is the order in the dropdown.
The default list is in use. Adding or reordering saves it to your account and syncs to your other devices.
Category rules
Add a rule
Sets a category from text contained in the merchant name. Applied on each import.
Checked from the top — the first rule found in the merchant name wins. Rules with longer text are checked first.
