1. Operator
WorksHub and its related works are operated by rin0420 (the “Operator”).
2. Browser storage
Games may save settings, high scores, progress, and similar data in browser storage such as localStorage. This data is used to provide game features and can be reset by deleting the site's data in your browser. The storage described in this section stays on the device and is not sent to the Operator's servers. ASSET MANAGEMENT, PANTRY, and Secret Match, described in the next section, instead store data on a server. See each work's description or privacy page for details.
3. Server-side storage on operator-managed infrastructure (ASSET MANAGEMENT, PANTRY, Secret Match)
The following three works store entered content in a Cloudflare D1 database managed by the Operator. Registering an email address and password is optional; without registration you do not need to provide identifying information such as your name, but the entered content itself (asset and spending data, food data, matching-related data, etc.) is still stored on the server while you remain anonymous. Each work uses its own separate database.
- ASSET MANAGEMENT: Stores financial data such as asset accounts, income and spending, card use and repayments, salary plans, and fixed costs. On first save, the server automatically issues an anonymous account and links it to the browser through an httpOnly cookie (named asset_session; 400-day expiry while anonymous, 30 days after registering an email address and password). An anonymous account is automatically deleted 400 days after its last access. Data can be deleted using "Erase all data" in the in-app settings screen (resets this tool's records) or by logging out (switches to a new anonymous account). Contact the operator through the contact page if the account itself needs to be deleted.
- PANTRY: Stores food names, quantities, categories, storage locations, best-before dates, opened state, and notes. As with ASSET MANAGEMENT, an anonymous account issued on first access is linked to the browser through an httpOnly cookie (400-day expiry) and is automatically deleted 400 days after its last access. Data can be deleted per item with "Consume / delete", entirely with "Delete all", or by logging out. Contact the operator through the contact page if the account itself needs to be deleted.
- Secret Match: Stores rooms, participant nicknames and gender groups, and vote results, but this becomes unavailable 24 hours after creation, and expired data is removed when a new room is created. Passphrases and participant tokens are stored as hashes, and votes are omitted from public responses. On the device, the room ID, participant ID, and token are stored as an httpOnly cookie (named secret_match_room), which can be invalidated using "Clear participation data and finish" on the result screen.
The detailed storage and deletion mechanics for these works are explained on each description page (ASSET MANAGEMENT, PANTRY, Secret Match).
4. Access information
Hosting, security, and analytics providers, including Cloudflare, may process IP addresses, browser information, access dates and times, referring pages, and similar information. This information is used for troubleshooting, security, and understanding site usage.
5. Advertising and cookies
This site uses third-party advertising services such as Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a user's previous visits to this and other sites. Google's use of advertising cookies allows Google and its partners to show ads based on those visits.
Users can disable personalized advertising in Google Ad Settings. If additional third-party vendors are used, this page will identify them and explain how to opt out. Consent management will be provided where required by law.
6. Advertising placement
Ads will be placed in separate areas with sufficient distance from game screens, start and retry controls, navigation, and other controls. They will be clearly identified as ads and will not use click prompts, rewards, or presentation that resembles site content.
7. Disclosure to third parties
Except where required by law, the Operator will not sell or provide collected personal information to a third party without the individual's consent. Information independently processed by an external provider is governed by that provider's policy.
