Asset Management Bot
This Bot records assets, income and expenses, unpaid card balances, expected salary, and fixed costs through Discord slash commands. Financial information is not posted to regular channels; controls and results appear in private replies visible only to you.
Add the Bot to a server
The only required permissions are View Channels, Send Messages, Embed Links, and Attach Files. You can review the destination server and permissions on Discord's confirmation screen.

Interactive menus let you record and review asset accounts, income and expenses, unpaid card balances, advances, expected salary, and fixed costs. Slash commands provide the entry point, and choices and input fields record one item at a time.
How it runs
The Bot runs continuously in a dedicated studio environment, with automatic startup and duplicate-process prevention. It responds only while it can connect to both Discord and the operating environment, so commands are unavailable while the Bot is offline.
Examples and operating tips
Keep daily transactions with short notes
After a purchase or deposit, record the income or expense with a category, date, and a note detailed enough to recognize its purpose later. Card numbers, bank account numbers, PINs, and login details are outside the scope of the Bot and should not be entered. Choosing sustainable categories such as food or transportation is often more useful for reviewing history than listing every product name.
Separate confirmed balances from future plans
Current asset accounts and transactions differ from future amounts such as unpaid card balances, expected salary, and fixed costs. At the end of the month, review confirmed records first, then separately check payments scheduled before the next payday. The summaries organize what you entered; they do not automatically reconcile with actual financial institution balances. Check bank and card statements before important decisions.
Choose a private place to work
Although controls and results normally appear in private replies visible only to you, start in a personal channel or another place where others cannot see your screen. Do not use a shared PC or Discord account, and lock your device when stepping away. When a server administrator adds the Bot, they should confirm that the permissions on the invitation screen match this description.
Data storage and deletion
Records are not stored in the web browser's Local Storage. They are sent to the Bot through Discord Interactions, and the Discord user ID, account labels, amounts, categories, notes, dates, and plans are stored in a SQLite database on the Bot operator's Windows PC. They are retained for asset summaries, scheduled-item processing, and history display until the user deletes them or operation of the Bot ends. The operator can technically access the database for incident response, backups, and deletion requests.
To delete your records, run /delete_my_data in Discord and enter DELETE in the confirmation field. This deletes all of your records, including assets, transactions, and plans, and differs from removing individual items on screen. If the Bot is offline or you want deletion after leaving the server, request it through the contact page.
Clearing your browser or Discord app cache does not delete SQLite data on the operator's PC. Changing devices does not itself move or duplicate server-side records. Because stored data is linked to a Discord user ID, delete the old account's records first if you change Discord accounts. See Bot privacy for details.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a fee?
There is no fee set for using the Bot. You need a Discord account and access to slash commands in a server where the Bot has been added.
Can I use it on a smartphone?
You can use it from the mobile Discord app if it supports slash commands and interactive menus. Even with private replies, use it where others cannot see your screen.
Does it read regular channel posts?
It does not operate by reading the content of regular messages. It requests View Channels, Send Messages, Embed Links, and Attach Files, but not Administrator permission.
Can I use it offline?
No. Processing connects Discord, the Bot, and the database in the operating environment, so your device needs a connection and the Bot must be online. If it does not respond, wait and try again.
Can other server members see my records?
Menus, saved results, and summaries normally appear in private replies visible only to the person using them. However, the operator can access the database for maintenance, and Discord Interactions pass through Discord's service. Do not enter identity-verification or authentication information that should remain private.
Does removing the Bot from Discord delete my data?
Removing the Bot from a server and deleting stored user data are separate actions. Run /delete_my_data before removal, or request deletion through the contact page if you cannot use the command.
Important notes before use
This Bot is a personal tool that assists with recording and summaries. It is not a budgeting service that automatically retrieves data from banks or card issuers. Missing or incorrect entries affect its summaries. For important tax, investment, or repayment decisions, check financial statements and official documents instead of relying only on the Bot.
Set a regular review date, such as once a month, and compare entries against actual balances and statements to find omissions. If there is a difference, identify the missing transaction before correcting the record instead of adjusting only the total.
