BOT DATA POLICY
Asset Management Bot Data Policy

Information we store
We store your Discord user ID and the account labels, amounts, categories, notes, dates, and plans that you enter. Do not enter card numbers, bank account numbers, PINs, or passwords.
Storage and purpose
Data is stored in a SQLite database on the Bot operator's Windows PC and is used only to calculate assets, apply scheduled items, and display history. It is not provided to advertisers or data brokers. Interactions on Discord pass through Discord's service.
Who can see results
Bot menus, saved results, and summaries are normally shown in private replies visible only to the person using them. Do not use the Bot from a shared device or shared Discord account.
Operator access
The Bot operator can technically access the stored database to resolve incidents, create backups, and process deletion requests. Do not enter information that should remain private or identity-verification information.
Deletion
Run /delete_my_data in Discord and enter DELETE in the confirmation field to delete your assets, income and expenses, and scheduled items. If you cannot use the command, you can request deletion through the contact page.
Retention and safeguards
Data is retained until the user deletes it or operation of the Bot ends. The Bot token, database, and logs are excluded from the public repository and Hub, and the Bot requests only the minimum Discord permissions it needs.
