VOIDWORKS // DATA PROTOCOL

PRIVACY POLICY

Established and last updated: July 11, 2026

VOIDWORKS (the “operator”) sets out the following policy for handling user information on NEON WRAITH and its related pages (the “site”).

1. Information stored in your browser by the game

The game stores high scores, display language, sound settings, unlocked and cleared stages, number of runs, total defeats, records by stage, and ACHIEVEMENT data in localStorage. This data is used to retain game progress and user settings and is not sent to the operator's server. You can reset it by deleting the browser's localStorage or site data.

To support offline return visits, a Service Worker stores cached copies of public files such as the game, images, styles, and information pages on your device. This cache does not contain play records or personal information and can be removed through your browser's site-data controls.

2. Access information and external services

For security and content delivery, the hosting provider may process IP addresses, browser information, access times, and similar data in logs. The site also uses Google Fonts to retrieve display fonts, so a connection to Google may occur when the site loads.

3. Advertising

If the site introduces a third-party advertising service such as Google AdSense, the advertising provider may use cookies, device identifiers, browsing information, and similar data to show interest-based ads and measure their effectiveness. For information about Google's use of data, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

You can manage personalized advertising through Google Ad Settings. In regions where required by law, a consent-management mechanism will be provided before advertising cookies or similar technologies are used.

4. Advertising placement policy

Advertisements will be placed in separate areas with sufficient distance from the game screen, START, stage selection, upgrade selection, language and sound buttons, and navigation. We will not use rewards or wording that encourages ad clicks, and advertisements will be clearly identified.

5. Provision of information to third parties

Except where required by law, the operator will not sell or provide acquired personal information to third parties without the individual's consent. Information independently processed by external providers such as advertising and hosting companies is governed by each provider's policy.

6. Changes to this policy

This policy may be revised in response to changes in features, services used, or applicable laws. Important changes will be announced on this page, and the update date will be revised.

7. Contact

Contact information for this policy is provided on the contact page.
