How we handle data
Your nickname, participant slot, vote, and room participation details are sent to Cloudflare only to determine matches. Do not enter your real name, contact details, or social media ID.
The browser cannot read or write the database directly. Room passcodes, participation tokens, and votes are handled only on the server. A match result is returned only to the devices of the two people who chose each other.
Room and vote data expire 24 hours after the room is created and cannot be used after that point. Expired data is deleted when a new room is created.
Information needed to reconnect to the current room is stored temporarily in that tab’s Session Storage. It is deleted when you select “Clear participation data and finish” or close the tab.
Use the tool with every participant’s consent, and do not capture or share result screens without permission. Report problems or inappropriate use through the WorksHub contact page.
